Ai is approved by NCPSA, which is a member of the International Alliance of Accredited Schools. The NCPSA includes 18 private school accreditors including Ai, which is also approved and named by the US Office of Homeland Security for the acceptance of International Students to study in the USA and listed by the US Department of Education. The Alliance has 3 Regional Accrediting Members, NCPSA, NAIS (National Assn. of Independent Schools), and CIS (Commission on International Schools-Headquartered in Belgium and accredits British, French, Germany, and other European Schools around the world. Ai accredits schools throughout the USA and in over 20 other countries.

The purpose of the ACTS Accreditation Program is to establish high, uniform standards among ACTS member schools. Achievement of accreditation status represents a standard of excellence that is recognized by other institutions and the constituency of the community in which the school is located. Accreditation requirements identify educational and spiritual criteria which establish high expectations for Christian schools. Parents seek accredited schools because they believe such schools offer a quality program. Likewise, the larger communities of business and higher education value the standard of excellence established by school accreditation. To become accredited by ACTS, a school will complete a self-study evaluation and open their school to an on-site visit by a qualified team of educators who will examine its program to determine whether it is being operated within the published guidelines of the accrediting agency. ACTS standards are similar to those of other recognized educational accrediting agencies and are designed to meet or exceed the minimum standards for accrediting associations, such as, the Regional Associations, FAANS, TEPSAC, OPSAC and NCPSA.

The Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC) helps ensure quality in private schools by monitoring and approving organizations that accredit the various non-public elementary and secondary educational institutions in the state of Texas. Since 1986, the Texas Education Agency, through the Commissioner of Education, has recognized the accreditation responsibilities of TEPSAC and its affiliated non-public schools and associations. Subsequent to the establishment of TEPSAC in 1989, direct accreditation of non-public schools by the Agency was phased out and discontinued.
